you guys don't get the point of this movie. Derek is obviously kinda smart. He appearently sees the world in a pretty obvious way. BUT he doesn't see the background of this whole history he's tapping in the dark, blaming a species of human beings for... FOR BEING ALIVE. Face it: American History X is an Anti-Racist movie (Not a Pro-Racist movie or a Pro-opposite-of-Racism- movie). It just shows us how dumb south american inhabitans are.................
