The one thing I don't understand is, they're supposed to act confident, but they don't have a say in the choice of the look they give them. How can you look confident if you hate the way you look? (I really felt bad for the girl with the red hair who said she would find herself ugly if she saw herself walking down the street...) Big change can be good but if you really hate the result, no matter how much fun those professional stylists seem to be having with your hair, there's a problem...
