Way back in the day this was one of the first films John Lasseter from Pixar ever did. No it was NOT done BY Pixar as Pixar did not exist at the time but nevertheless it's pretty cool! What's more incredible is they did it on a Mac II.

Well, this video was made in 1988, so Pixar did exist. Pixar was the 3D effects maker of "Young Sherlock Holmes" in 1985, when was a part of ILM. And Lasseter have 3D videos older than this. But this is great (and very cute)
