World 66 Law running tutorial

A tutorial provided to you by Big tymer50 and deekiller8 This is my first tut don't be to harsh, please. Basically, go to world 66 and withdraw 27 pure ess. Pure ess, not rune ess. Go west into port sarim and then take a boat to Entrana. Head east then North until you come across the altar where everyone will be standing. When someone says open 27/27 that means when you trade them 27 pure ess you get 27 noted pure ess and 27 laws. Same goes with open 15/27 or 10/27 except you get the first numbers amount of laws
