you do quick cleaning using the cleanser everytime you use your brushes, or at the very least every other day. Then do a deep clean using baby wash/shampoo once a week.

you can get alcohol at any drugstore theyre like 99 cents to $1.50 a bottle. Quick Clean using Cleanser and Deep Clean using Baby Wash/Shampoo are 2 seperate things.

I normally use antibacterial dish soap (Palmolive) then rinse and soak the brushes in some water with hair conditioner, then rinse and lay flat to dry. Is that ok?
