hi - im thinking of getting lipo - not for the usual reasons - cosmetic - i will soon have a child and now i ant to be healthy. I'm not obese - just overweight (about 20 pounds). Is it worth having lipo purely for cardiovascular reasons (I know that alone isnt enough - and I am willing to exercies - but i thought it would just give me a headstart to cit say 10 lbs in fat by lipo and then get into training for the remaining 10.)

That couldn't be a real human on that table ...they have done such a crappy job if that was a patient they would either be scard for life or dead.
