ok, it can go either way on this one, one one side, they tasered her for WAYY too long while she was sitting there. BUT then again, she and the others could have been in a hugeass bank robbery or terrorism or something, or it could have been a protest gone wrong, but either way thats alot of electricity goin straight thru the body for a VERY long time when she wasnt fighting back... so i cant really take sides on this one, but that was ALOT of electricity...
