Rhydon was On the OU Tier . His ATK Stat Is 130 And Is DEF Is High . I like Rhyperior . But Rhydon was Too Strong to have an Evolution. Also Rhydon is used By Riley , So Is Rhyperior

There is no Protector item in Yellow version, so Rhydon cannot evolve in Yellow. Besides, how do you evolve a ANYTHING into a pokemon that wasn't created until YEARS after the game's release? It like children in history class in the year 1855 read about Pres. Abraham Lincoln, who whasn't even President until 1860! (If offend you, I didn't mean to do so, I was trying to make you laugh while telling you the answer to your question, and yes you must trade it to evolve it, with the item Protector)

Some kanto reigon pokemon have the same cry as others because the programing used for Red / Blue version was limited. Others also have the share a cry
Chansey and Pidgeot
Machop and Omanyte
Poliwag and Ditto
Thyere are a couple others too.
